After School and Summer Programs
Quality after school programs should reduce risk factors and increase protective factors for the youths served. Wesley’s after school program and summer program offer intriguing and rewarding experiences for youths and their families.

Youth
Wesley Community Center recognizes the dynamic changes that take place during adolescence.  Youth Services offers a variety of programs that meet the developmental needs of youth who are currently in the sixth through twelfth grades.

Seniors
Wesley Community Center provides adults aged 60 and better comprehensive services that include health prevention & education, evidence based physical activity, daily hot lunch meals that meets one third of the daily required allowance, cultural & seasonal celebrations, case management services, socialization & recreation, spiritual enrichment, food assistance, and computer lab accessibility. 

Case Management
Individuals residing in Harris County and facing an immediate crisis have come to trust Wesley as a place to come for assistance.

Food Co-op
Over 200 individuals per month are provided with fresh foods and canned goods that consist of the basic food groups.
