The Share Your Christmas program is a seasonal opportunity to meet the immediate needs of families. By connecting people in the Greater Houston Area to families in need this holiday season, to provide children and adults with clothing, toys, and other necessities. Families participating in the program have been identified by our Case Management staff as families in need. We hope you will join us in this endeavor by sharing your Christmas with one of Wesley’s families.

Adult and Family Services – Emergency Assistance
Depending on the availability of fund, our Emergency Assistance program utilizes case management and individual service plan goals so that families may receive emergency rent and utility assistance if needed. Our case manages can also provide connections to other community resources. Phone calls for appointments for the emergency assistance program are accepted every Friday by phone only and calling 713-821-8917. All scheduled appointments are seen Monday thru Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Rent frequency is once over a 12 month period. Food distribution is monthly and end of month food bags are distributed to families who qualify at no cost.
In order to be eligible for this program you must provide the following:
- Lease vacate or eviction notice
- Disconnect notice
- Proof of residence
- Proof of emergency
- Proof of individuals in the household
