Case Management

Individuals residing in Harris County and facing an immediate crisis have come to trust Wesley as a place to come for assistance.

A cultural-competent staff is available weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist families in need.
Assistance may include:

• Mortgage/ rent
• Utilities
• Food
• Information & Referral
• Transportation
• Short term shelter
• Monthly workshops promoting self sufficiency

In addition to emergency assistance, the Wesley Case Management staff provides clients with linkages to other social services agencies that may assist them in developing their employability opportunities such as ESL, GED, job training counseling and health & mental health services.
