Career Development Manager
Position Type: Full-time
Job Description: The Career Development Manager work focuses on post-training career retention and advancement for participants served in Wesley's Financial Opportunity Center. This position provides direct consultation and coaching to FOC clients who have obtained entry-level employment to assist them with the development of a career plan to advance to a sustaining $16 an hour or more wage. Career Development Manager is responsible for assisting clients in developing a plan of action to help them reach their career goals and improve financial stability. The Career Development Manager will also work directly with employers to develop partnerships with high-quality employers offering advancement opportunities towards $16 an hour or beyond wages. This position supports the employment division of the FOC.
